Time to wave goodbye for 2 month

In two days’ time, The Lelos will head to England for the last phase of their RWC preparations, thus leaving back nearly the three month long hard, intense and tiresome camps at home and in Poland.

At the first stage, the coaching staff with Milton Haig at the head, took the team in all aspects of preparations through strength and conditioning oriented training sessions with some rugby in it, aiming to make the players fitter, stronger, faster and mentally tougher.

Further to the second stage, Georgian team spent a 10 days camp at Olympic Center of Cetniowo in Poland, where the team continued with S&C course with added benefit of Cryotherapy.
