Milton Haig named Georgia’s match day squad for TBC Rugby Series 2017 final test against USA Eagles, which features five changes in starting XV.

The Third for Hundred!

The Lelos to celebrate the third Centurion as Giorgi Chkhaidze will pull on National Team Jersey for the 100th time on Saturday. This makes him to be the third Georgian International to win 100 caps for Georgia, as Merab Kvirikashvili and David Kacharava have reached this milestone earlier in 2017. Giorgi Chkhaidze, who participated in four Rugby World Cups, received his first international cap back in 2002 and scored 10 tries for country ever since.

With Five Changes against The Eagles

The starting trio of front rowers stays the same from previous two tests, however Giorgi Chkhaidze will pair with Kote Mikautadze in the second row. Shalva Sutiashvili, who last played for Georgia back in November 2016, will join Vito Kolelishvili and Beka Bitsadze in the third row.

Merab Kvirikashvili, who is to win 108th test cap, starts as full back on Saturday. Mirian Modebadze, who debuted for Georgia on November 11 against Canada will make his third straight appearance for the National Team at 11. Soso Matiashvili or Giorgi Koshadze will be joining him on the right wing. The final selection confirmation for the position will follow on Saturday morning.

Revaz Jinchvelashvili will start at fly half instead of Lasha Khamladze. Giorgi Keseladze will have his first appearance in starting fifteen to play on 12, after the U20 Graduate received his first International Cap on his 20th birthday on November 11 against Canada. As for the Captain Merab Sharikadze he’ll move to thirteen.
